Should no distributor be appointed for the country where you live you may contact us directly. To avoid inefficient communication please always make sure you have carefully checked with your distributor before you contact us.

If you need to contact us regarding a faulty unit or wish to return it for repair, you can reach us 24 hours a day by e-mail. To help us provide you with swift assistance and minimum bureaucracy, please send an email to servicecenter@yellowtec.com and enclose the following information: 

  • Subject: RAI request
  • Yellowtec product name
  • Serial number
  • Detailed description of failure
  • Warranty claim: Yes/No
  • Contact details of user and client

In return we will send you a RAI (Return Authorization Ident) and the adress for dispatch. Alternatively, you may send us the information listed above by fax on +49-2173-967 400.

Our service department is available on the telephone, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 CET. You can discuss your concerns with Helmut van Aaken who can be reached on +49-2173-967 30. 

On any occasion you need to return equipment to us, please first obtain a RAI (Return Authorization Ident) in order to help us guarantee a speedier service response.

Please make sure that you do not return any equipment to us without a RAI! We regret we otherwise would have to decline acceptance.
